I graduated from Stony Brook University, Spring of 2017 with my bachelors degree in Business Management. Now, I am pursuing my dream! Planning, organizing and coordinating are my thing for sure. As I wrote on my graduation cap, "Create a life you love to live." That is exactly what I plan to do :)
Our Purpose
Our main goal at Events By Shannon is to make your wedding, YOUR wedding. We take the time to really get to know our couples and what is truly important to them. It sounds so cliche, but it's your wedding, so it should be what YOU want.
What will make you happiest as a couple? What vendors are most important to you? How can we best utilize your budget?
Once we have an understanding of who you are and what you are looking for, we guide you, step by step, until we have fully planned and executed the wedding of your dreams.

Service Options
Full-Service Planning and Coordination
This will make your entire planning process a breeze. I will guide you every step of the way. I will help you find the perfect location, vendors and everything in between. I will manage all of the details, meeting times, and pricing. You will attend meetings and make decisions as we cruise through the planning process. I will be there from the beginning of planning until the thank you's are sent.
Month of Coordination
This will cover all tasks in the month leading up to the event. All vendors will be contacted and contracts reviewed. This will ensure that everything is just as you planned. A day of timeline will be put together for you, your bridal party, and all vendors. This will ensure we are all on the same page and the day goes off without a hitch. Wedding Management
This service is similar to month of coordination but instead of beginning our work together one month out, we have three! This allows us much more time together to hammer out all those final details together. More conversations about decor and anything else on your mind. As well as one additional in person meeting. Party Planning
Here at Events by Shannon, we do more than weddings! Let me know what big milestone you're looking to celebrate and let's get planning! Parties include but are not limited to birthdays, showers, graduations, anniversaries, communions, baptisms, reunions, and corporate events. We can bring your ideas to life!
